How fast will you start working on my account?

What’s required from me and my team?

We’ll need your team to provide brand assets, ESP access, and timely feedback, especially during the first few weeks where collaboration will be essential. After that, our team handles 90% of the heavy lifting. You’ll stay in the loop through detailed reports and strategy calls. We value your input but make sure we don’t create more work for you.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

All of our service tiers start with a 3-month commitment. That window ensures there’s enough time to implement optimizations, gather data, and produce measurable growth. After that, everything moves month-to-month. We want you stay because it’s working, not because you’re stuck.

What is your retention rate, how long do clients stay with you?

Our retention rate consistently sits above 95%. Most brands extend after their initial  term and stay for the long haul because results keep compounding.

What if it doesn’t work or I’m not happy?

If something’s not working, we pivot. We’re data-driven and transparent: if results dip, you’ll know why and what we’re doing to correct it. The first 3 months give us the runway to test, learn, and optimize. If you’re still unhappy, there are no long-term strings attached. We earn retention through results, not contracts.

What if it works too well and I owe a big performance bonus?

Our performance fee is a small percentage tied directly to your growth, depending on your tier. If that number grows fast, that means you’re scaling aggressively — and the performance bonus is simply a reflection of shared success. We structure it this way so our incentives are perfectly aligned with yours: if you grow, we grow.

Do your prices include ESP and SMS provider costs or is that extra?

ESP and SMS provider costs are separate. Your retainer covers account management, strategy, scheduling, and optimization.
