BAD Marketing Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 6, 2026

The privacy of your data is very important to us. This policy explains: what data we collect and why, how your data is handled, your rights regarding your data, and how this works alongside our Terms & Conditions. We never sell your personal information: never have, never will.

1. Information We Collect and Why

Identity and Access

When you sign up for a BAD Marketing product, we may collect identifying information, including your name, email address, phone number, and company name. This allows us to personalize your account, provide essential updates, and communicate important product information.

With your consent, we may also send optional surveys, newsletters, or promotional communications to understand how you use our services and improve them. You may upload a profile picture for display within our products.

We never sell your personal information or use your name or company in marketing communications without your permission.

Billing Information

For paid products, we collect payment information and billing addresses. Credit card information is submitted directly to our third-party payment processor; BAD Marketing does not store full card numbers. We retain a record of payment transactions, including the last four digits of your card, for account history, invoicing, and billing support.

Billing addresses are used for tax calculation, fraud prevention, and internal analysis in aggregate form.

Product Content

Content you upload, receive, or maintain in your BAD Marketing accounts is stored on our servers to allow full use of our products. If you delete your account, we remove your content within 60 days.

Geolocation and Security Data

We log IP addresses used to access our products for security, fraud prevention, and spam mitigation. Login activity is retained as long as your account remains active.

Website Interaction Data

We collect browsing activity for analytics and optimization, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, visited pages, load times, and referrer URLs. If you are signed in, this data is linked to your account.

Anti-Bot Assessments

We use CAPTCHA and other anti-bot tools to prevent spam and unauthorized access. These services evaluate information like IP address, mouse movements, and session timing. We only receive spam risk scores and do not access the evaluated data itself.

Voluntary Correspondence

We retain email, chat, and SMS correspondence with you, including support requests, to maintain a record of our interactions. Any information you volunteer, such as survey responses or interview recordings, is stored only with your consent.

2. SMS & Email Communications

We may send you SMS messages or emails to provide:

  • Service updates and account notifications
  • Product promotions, surveys, or newsletters (with your consent)
  • Security or fraud alerts

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in emails or replying “STOP” to SMS messages. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect your ability to use our services.

3. How We Use and Share Your Data

Service Delivery

We may use third-party processors to provide services, including newsletters, surveys, billing, SMS/email communications, and integrations. Data sharing with these processors is limited to what is necessary to perform the service.

Third-Party Integrations

You may connect your BAD Marketing account to third-party services (e.g., Gmail). Data shared with these services remains accessible both through your BAD Marketing account and the third-party platform.

Access by BAD Marketing

BAD Marketing personnel will only access your data for:

  • Resolving errors or system issues
  • Compliance with legal process
  • Bug fixes or support cases, with your consent
  • Investigating restricted uses or potential abuse

Legal Requirements

We comply with legal obligations from U.S. or international authorities if compelled by a valid warrant, subpoena, or court order. We will notify affected users where legally permitted.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred. We will notify you in advance if your data is affected.

4. Your Rights

5. Data Storage and Transfers

All products and websites are operated from the United States. Data you provide may be transferred and stored in the U.S. if you are located elsewhere. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. Sharing with subcontractors is limited to necessary support functions.
